I have been in conscious service of my commuity for over a decade now.  Throughout my life, creating a greater sense of harmony and connection of those around me has been an instinctual calling.  I first found my footing in spirituality through nature and the creation of paintings and music.  In my early teenage years I began to have experiences through meditation and Ancestral Medicines which pivoted me away from a materialist paradigm and into the subtle world of the unseen.

The Red Road found me through the surprise invitation of a teacher from my youth.  This way of moving through the world is integral to how I regard my relationships to all life woven around me.  All elements and beings of the world have an inherent intelligence which becomes accessible to us when we slow down to the rhythm of the natural world.

I supported the work of a South American Ancestral Medicine church for some time, and through chance encounters found myself in apprenticeship to the entheogen that put this all in motion, the Toad Medicine of Otac.

I spent two years in apprenticeship and moved several times to best be in service and deepen my commitment to the path of Ancestral Medicines.  I have studied with the Seri-Comcaac tribe of the Sonoran Desert, Stewards of the Sacred Toad.

I have been working with meditation and Ancestral Medicines since 2007, which guided me towards a path of self-knowledge and service.  I left university with a degree in Holistic Psychology, focusing specifically on somatic-based expressive therapy and transpersonal psychology.  During this time I cultivated a deep relationship with dreaming and helped facilitate group dreamwork using psychodrama, Jungian active imagination and animistic dream-tending.

For 7 years I was working in 'healing' institutions in support of individuals in end of life care, refugees, life-disrupting addictions, psychiatric diagnoses such as schizophrenia, PTSD and OCD, and young men in state custody or inner-city gangs.  Although these institutions are filled with well meaning souls, the systems in place often reinforce victim narratives and chronically disempower individuals from discovering their true soul essence and inner-callings.

Since then, I have become a student of transformational approaches and look to the lineages which uphold these practices.  I've come to hold several certifications in trauma informed plant medicine facilitation, somatic based plant medicine integration, reiki energy healing, energetic-rose healing and other ancestral modalities.

I currently live at the dividing point of the Great Rocky Mountains and the plains of the midwest.  Boulder, Colorado are the ancestral homelands and territory of the Arapaho, Apache, Cheyenne, Comanche, Ute, and many others.  Here the calm and centered quality of the midwest meets the expansive wilds of sky-grazing mountains.

With reverence and respect may I walk in a way that creates greater harmony on these grounds and within this web of life.
